The women’s 1260v7 is a serious game changer for overpronators, delivering premium stability and superb cushioning without sacrificing style. For this new version, we’ve maintained the support you need while upping the cushioning and upgrading to even better materials. On long runs or short runs, this women’s running shoe provides support to moderate overpronators while taking comfort to the next level.
As a long time buyer of the 1260's I have to say they have been the best shoe for my plantar fasciitis issues. I was anxiously awaiting the V7's and when I first tried them on they were so comfortable. I was so excited because I felt the V6's weren't quite as good as previous versions, but still better than anything else I could find. For walking around the house they felt fine, but after one day of doing over 10,000 steps I could tell the 7's do not have read more as much support as the 6's and my feet were very sore. I immediately switched back to my 6's. The 7's do feel more cushy which I like, but the decline in support was very noticeable. There were a couple of areas that were irritating me as well but that may just be a fluke. I have to say the V7's are a huge disappointment. I have stocked up on V6's, hopefully enough to last until the 8's come out and my fingers are crossed the next version will work better for me. read less
